Day 1 KAMPALA QUEEN
ELIZABETH NATIONAL PARK Morning pickup from your hotel,
then depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park
enroute you could stop at the Equator to take
pictures or shop for a souvenir, after lunch
enroute head for Queen Elizabeth National Park,
for an evening game drive as you enter the park.
Check in for dinner and overnight at Mweya safari
Lodge or Institute of Ecology Hostel.
Day 2 QUEEN ELIZABETH NATIONAL WHOLE DAY
The day begins early, heading for
the mating ground of the Uganda Kobs. We search
for lions in their natural habitat, elephants,
Hyenas, buffaloes, and waterbucks, etc before
returning for breakfast. In the afternoon, take a
boat cruise on the Kazinga channel a link between
two lakes Edward and George, lookout for solitary
Buffalo, Hippos and other animals at the edge of
the channel as they cool off. Return for dinner
and overnight in Mweya safari Lodge or Institute
of Ecology Hostel.
Day 3 QUEEN ELIZABETH - KAMPALA
After breakfast, you visit the Kyambura Wildlife Reserve. We hike into the gorge of the Kyambura River for another but different experience with Chimps. Driving through grassland area all of a sudden we come across an amazing gorge 100 meters deep with tropical rainforest. Its so rewarding seeing the beautiful river valley home of many birds and butterfly species. Or visit the Maramagambo for a forest walk where you might see many forest dwellers, and the rare Rock Python that feeds on the Bats in the Caves at the forest with lunch enroute in Mbarara. Then return to Entebbe or Kampala where you will be dropped off at your hotel/ accommodation.
